Orrmulum is written, edited and published by University of South Australia students, under the supervision of Dr Ioana Petrescu, for their Advanced Editing and Publishing major project. It is a newsmagazine focussing on the University of South Australia Bachelor of Arts program Professional and Creative Communication.

The editorial team is usually made up of five or six students, who create the content, edit the magazine, and manage submissions of creative writing and/or artwork, combining it all together into a professional publication.

The magazine is an avenue for Advanced Editing and Publishing students to showcase their skills, and a chance for all UniSA students to get their creative writing published.
